Punctual Abstract Co., Inc. was founded by Steve P. Daigle, Sr. in 1993. During this time, the company has successfully grown into one of the largest abstracting firms in the Louisiana & Mississippi. We currently service all parishes in Louisiana, as well as all counties in Mississippi, Texas, Georgia and Florida, and slowly venturing out in other counties in other states. The research conducted by Punctual includes the history of all transactions shown in the public record affecting a particular tract of land. The purpose of engaging the assistance of Punctual Abstract Co., Inc. is to verify the seller’s right to transfer ownership, borrow monies, and to discover any claims, defects, and other rights or burdens on the property.
